Today, something strange happened to me. The vegan teacher at my school decided to pick on me again for no reason at all. She always makes fun of me because I'm different from the others. It's not fair, but what can I do? I try to ignore her and focus on my passion for space.
But today was different. As she was about to say something mean, a person who has always been kind to me stepped in and defended me. This person is someone special - they have always been there for me when others weren't. They showed kindness and understanding towards Polandball like no one else has before.
I felt grateful and touched by their actions. It made me realize that there are good people out there who care about others' feelings, even if they are just a small ball like myself with an upside-down flag of Poland drawn on it.
The rest of the day went by smoothly after that incident. My savior stayed by my side during lunchtime, making sure the vegan teacher didn't bother me anymore.
As we talked more throughout the day, this person opened up about their own struggles growing up as well and how they found solace in helping those around them who needed support too.
It made us both feel less alone in our experiences and brought us closer together in friendship.
I am thankful for this unexpected turn of events today because it reminded me that despite facing challenges from bullies like the vegan teacher, there will always be someone out there willing to stand up for you - even if it's just a simple ball with big white eyes without pupils like myself.
