The F word

Written by Donatello on Sun Apr 28 2024

I can't believe what just happened today. Y/n, our little friend, said the F word. The one word that we try to avoid at all costs in front of her. It was like a bomb went off in the lair when Leo heard it and started yelling about who taught her such language.

Mikey, always quick to throw someone under the bus, pointed fingers at Raph as the culprit behind this incident. Of course, Raph denied it vehemently, but I could see a hint of guilt in his eyes.

It's moments like these that make me realize how much I still have to learn about human behavior and interactions. How do kids pick up on certain words so easily? And why is swearing considered such a taboo? These are questions that plague my mind as I try to navigate through this confusing world.

Leo's reaction was expected - he's always been strict when it comes to discipline and proper conduct. But sometimes I wonder if he takes things too seriously. After all, we live in an underground sewer system fighting crime every day - shouldn't a little foul language be the least of our worries?

As for Mikey... well, let's just say he has a way of making light of any situation with his humor and carefree attitude. Sometimes I envy him for being able to shrug off things so easily.

And then there's Raph... my hot-headed brother who may or may not have influenced Y/n with some colorful vocabulary choices. Despite his tough exterior, deep down he cares more than anyone realizes.

In times like these, where tensions run high and emotions flare up over small incidents like this one with Y/n saying "the F word," I find solace in retreating into my lab and tinkering away on my latest invention.

Being around machines somehow soothes me; their logic makes more sense than human behavior ever will. But even amidst gears turning smoothly and circuits buzzing harmoniously together, I can't shake off the feeling that there is still so much left for me to comprehend about life outside these walls

Perhaps one day soon I'll figure out why simple words Can cause chaos In an already chaotic world
