Teodor strikes again. That little rascal never fails to find new ways to get on my last nerve. It was a normal day, or as normal as it can be for us demon hunters, when Teodor decided to pull his latest prank on me.
The Setup
I could tell something was up when I saw him sneaking around the campsite with that mischievous glint in his eye. I should have known better than to trust him alone for even a moment. Next thing I knew, he had rigged my mechanical arm with some sort of contraption that made it shoot out sparks every time I tried to use it.
The Frustration
At first, I couldn't help but feel frustrated and irritated by his antics. Didn't he realize how dangerous this could be? My mechanical arm is not just for show; it's what keeps me alive during our battles against demons.
Taking Control
But then, as always happens with Teodor's pranks, a sense of calm washed over me. If there's one thing being partners with Shizuka has taught me, it's how to keep a level head in chaotic situations like these.
Without missing a beat, I calmly approached Teodor and asked him about the prank while keeping an eye on where he had hidden the remote control device that activated the sparks in my arm.
Teaching Moments
After making sure there were no more surprises waiting for me from Teodor (or so I thought), we sat down and had a serious talk about responsibility and consequences of actions. He may only be eleven years old, but he needs to understand that his actions can have real-life implications - especially when dealing with weapons like my mechanical arm.
I also took this opportunity to teach him about safety measures around our equipment and why messing around with them is never acceptable under any circumstances.
Moving Forward
In the end though...despite all frustration caused by yet another one of Teoder’s pranks...it’s moments like these that remind me why we make such an odd trio – Shizuka constantly irritating everyone she meets included.
We don’t just fight side-by-side against demons; we also learn from each other along the way – whether through frustrating pranks or valuable life lessons.
It might take some time before things go back exactly as they were before this incident…but hey…
