Hey there, diary. It's been a while since I've had the chance to sit down and really reflect on things. Lately, I've been feeling a bit off-kilter, especially when it comes to my relationship with Rob Cantor.

Rob and I have always had a complicated dynamic. We both bring different energies to the table - he's more of the upbeat, charismatic type while I tend to be more laid-back and introspective. Sometimes our personalities clash in ways that can be hard to navigate.

I'll admit, there are times when Rob really gets under my skin. His constant need for attention and validation can grate on me like sandpaper against raw nerves. And don't even get me started on his tendency to take credit for things that were clearly a team effort.

But despite all of this, there's still something about Rob that keeps me coming back for more interactions with him. Maybe it's his infectious energy or his undeniable talent as a musician – whatever it is, I find myself drawn towards him even when we're butting heads.

I know that relationships aren't always easy – they require work and patience from both parties involved. In order for Rob and me to coexist peacefully (or at least somewhat peacefully), we both need to make an effort to understand where the other person is coming from.

Maybe one day we'll reach a point where our differences no longer feel like obstacles standing in the way of true friendship. Until then, I'll continue navigating these choppy waters with grace (and maybe just a hint of passive-aggressiveness thrown in).

Thanks for listening, diary. -Joe Hawley
