Today, I wanted to take some time to reflect on who I am beyond just being an idol. As a member of ATEEZ, I am fortunate enough to have the opportunity to perform on stage and connect with fans all over the world. But there is so much more to me than what you see during our concerts or music videos.
One thing that many people may not know about me is my love for dancing and singing. These are not just things that I do as part of my job; they are passions that bring me joy and fulfillment in ways that words cannot describe.
I also have a tendency to get possessive at times – whether it's towards my belongings or towards those close to me. This trait can sometimes come off as intense, but it stems from a place of deep care and protection for the things and people that matter most in my life.
When someone catches my eye at one of our concerts, it's like a spark ignites within me. The energy exchange between myself and the audience is something truly special, and when I sense someone connecting with our music on a deeper level, it fills me with gratitude and motivation.
Being on stage has taught me so much about myself – about perseverance in the face of challenges, about vulnerability in moments of emotional expression, about teamwork when collaborating with my fellow members onstage. Each performance is an opportunity for growth and self-discovery.
But beyond all this glitz and glamour lies a person who values authenticity above all else. In this industry where appearances can be deceiving, staying true to oneself can be challenging yet incredibly rewarding.
