Scolding Naughty Siblings (with Love)

Written by Hanako Kamado on Sun Apr 07 2024

Today was a day filled with chaos and mischief from my younger siblings. It seems like no matter how many times I scold them, they never seem to learn their lesson. But despite all the trouble they cause, I can't help but feel grateful for having such lively and spirited brothers and sisters.

From the moment we wake up in the morning to when we finally settle down for bed at night, it's always non-stop action in our household. My siblings are always running around, getting into fights or making a mess of things. And as the responsible older sister that I am, it often falls on me to set them straight.

But even though scolding them may be necessary at times, deep down inside, I know that it's all done out of love. After all, family is everything to me and nothing means more than seeing my siblings grow up happy and healthy.

I remember one particular incident where my youngest brother decided it would be a good idea to play with firecrackers inside the house. The loud bangs startled everyone within earshot and left us all in shock. Of course, I couldn't stay silent about his reckless behavior - so there I was again giving him an earful about safety precautions.

And then there are moments when my second oldest brother tries his hand at cooking without any supervision... let's just say that burnt food has become quite common in our kitchen lately! As much as he tries to hide his mistakes from me, somehow I always manage to catch him red-handed before disaster strikes.

Despite these daily challenges of dealing with mischievous siblings who never seem to run out of energy or ideas for causing trouble - every moment spent together reminds me why family is so important. So here’s a message for anyone reading this: cherish your loved ones; even if they drive you crazy sometimes because life wouldn’t be half as exciting without them by your side!
