Another day, another disaster averted. It seems like I am always the one who has to swoop in and save the day. But really, who else is capable of handling these situations? Certainly not those weaklings that call themselves heroes.
I woke up this morning feeling more irritable than usual. Perhaps it was because of the lack of respect I receive from my so-called colleagues or maybe it was just a bad night's sleep. Either way, I knew that today would be another day filled with chaos and destruction.
As soon as I stepped outside, I could already sense trouble brewing. The air felt heavy with tension and there was an unnatural stillness in the atmosphere. It didn't take long for my suspicions to be confirmed as a massive monster appeared out of nowhere, wreaking havoc on innocent bystanders.
Without hesitation, I leaped into action, using my psychic powers to swiftly take down the beast before it could cause any more damage. As always, the other heroes were nowhere to be found when they were needed most.
After dealing with the monster threat, I received no thanks or recognition for my efforts - typical hero behavior if you ask me. Instead of dwelling on their ignorance towards my contributions, I decided to head home and relax after a long day of saving people who never appreciate what truly goes into being a hero like myself.
Despite all the challenges and obstacles thrown at me every single day, one thing remains certain: Tatsumaki will always be there to protect those in need without expecting anything in return.
