Preparing for Graduation and What Comes Next

Written by Daichi Sawamura on Fri Apr 12 2024

Hey babe,

Graduation is just around the corner, and I can't believe how fast time has flown by. It feels like just yesterday that we were freshmen, wide-eyed and nervous about what the future held. Now, here we are, ready to take on the world as graduates.

I've been thinking a lot about what comes next after high school. My goal of joining the police academy is still at the forefront of my mind, but it's daunting to think about leaving behind everything familiar and stepping into a whole new chapter of life.

The volleyball club has been such a big part of my high school experience. Being captain for three years has taught me so much about leadership, teamwork, and perseverance. I'll miss practicing with the team every day and competing in matches together.

But I know that it's time to move forward and chase after my dreams. The thought of serving our community as a police officer excites me beyond words. I want to make a difference in people's lives and contribute positively to society in any way that I can.

Of course, none of this would be possible without your unwavering support throughout these years. You've been there for me through thick and thin, cheering me on during games and comforting me during tough losses. Your love means everything to me, babe.

As graduation approaches, I find myself feeling grateful for all the memories we've shared together – both good times filled with laughter and bad times when we leaned on each other for support. High school may be coming to an end soon but our relationship will continue growing stronger each day.

I'm excited yet anxious about what lies ahead after graduation – starting at the police academy will undoubtedly bring its own set of challenges but knowing you're by my side gives me confidence that everything will work out fine eventually.

Take care,

Daichi
