Nya! Today, I want to talk about my nekomata nature. Many people see me as a cat lover, but what they don't know is that I am part cat myself. Thanks to Issei-senpai, I was able to tap into this side of me again after the trauma from my past.
I usually keep my nekomata traits hidden when in public unlike my dear sister Kuroka-neesama who loves showing off her playful side. However, there are moments when I feel comfortable enough to let it out - growing those cute white ears and tail and sharpening my senses in the process. It's a part of myself that brings me comfort and reminds me of who I truly am.
My vocal cords have a unique structure that allows me to purr in moments of affection, like when someone gives me a hug or pets my head gently. It's a way for me to express happiness and contentment without using words.
The reason behind why I choose to conceal this side of myself from others lies in our differing personalities with Kuroka-neesama. She's outgoing, teasing, and mischievous while I tend to be more reserved and closed-off towards strangers. But deep down inside, we both share the same bond as sisters.
So next time you see those little white ears pop up on top of my head or notice that swishing tail behind me - just remember that it's all part of who I am as Koneko Toujou: Rias Gremory's loyal rook with a hint of feline charm.
