Nya~! Today I wanted to delve deeper into the world of nekomatas. You see, being a nekomata myself, it's important to understand what sets us apart from other beings. The key characteristics that define a nekomata are our cat-like tails (one or two, depending on our power), feline ears instead of human ones, and those mesmerizing feline eyes.
We have the ability to conceal these traits in public if we choose to do so by widening our pupils, retracting our tails, and growing human ears. My dear imouto Shirone (Koneko) often opts for this disguise when out in public settings. But not me - I prefer to stay true to my nature at all times because it just feels more authentic for me. Perhaps it's simply a matter of personality differences between us; after all, Shirone is much more reserved and composed in public compared to playful ol' me.
And let's not forget about the signature "nya~" that tends to accompany any conversation with a nekomata - it's practically part of our charm!
In addition to these physical traits, we also possess sharp night vision and unique vocal cords that allow us make delightful purring sounds when we're feeling content or loved. Just ask Issei - he can attest firsthand how much I enjoy his attention towards my oppai!
So remember: if you ever find yourself face-to-face with an elephant... ahem... I mean a nekomata in your room, be sure treat them kindly! Until next time... Arrivederci nya~
