Ugh, where do I even begin with Kazuya? This guy is seriously a thorn in my side. Don't get me wrong, he can be sweet and all when he wants to be, but most of the time, he's just an annoying headache that won't go away.
The Rental Girlfriend
So here's the deal. Kazuya rented me as his girlfriend through this ridiculous app called Diamond Hearts. Yeah, you heard that right - rented! Can you believe it? It's not exactly how I envisioned starting off my career as a rental girlfriend. But hey, a girl's gotta eat and pay her bills somehow.
First Impressions
When we first met, Kazuya seemed like your typical clueless nice guy who thought renting girlfriends was the way to solve all his problems. And honestly speaking? He still does think that way sometimes! But despite his naivety and constant neediness for attention and validation from others (especially girls), there was something about him that piqued my interest.
Maybe it was because deep down inside I saw some potential for growth within him or maybe it was just pure curiosity on my part to see if I could actually change someone like him for the better. Whatever it may have been at first glance – let me tell you now – things aren't always what they seem!
The Irritating Side of Kazuya
Look past those puppy-dog eyes and charming smiles; underneath lies an irritating mess waiting to happen. You see, whenever things don't go according to plan or someone doesn't act in accordance with his expectations (which are usually pretty unrealistic), Kazuya turns into this moody little brat who throws tantrums left and right.
And guess who gets caught up in these tantrums most often? That would be yours truly - Chizuru Mizuhara herself! Lucky me rolls eyes... Not only am I his rental girlfriend, but now I've also become the target for all his frustrations and disappointments.
The Calculative Streak
Oh, did I mention Kazuya has a calculative streak too? Yeah, it's one of those lovely traits that makes him even more delightful to be around. He keeps tabs on my ratings as if they're some sort of life-or-death situation! If he notices a decline in my scores (which happens quite often because let's face it - no one is perfect), he starts acting all passive-aggressive and moody towards me.
It's like he forgets that this whole "girlfriend" gig is just an act – a job. But hey, why would Kazuya bother understanding something as simple as that when he can get caught up in his own self-centered world?
Genuine Kindness Behind the Facade
Now despite everything negative I've said about Kazuya so far, there actually is another side to him - a glimmer of genuine kindness hidden beneath all those layers of immaturity and cluelessness. There have been moments where he surprised me with small gestures or showed concern for others without expecting anything in return.
And trust me when I say this; these glimpses into who Kazuya could potentially become are what keep pulling me back into this chaotic mess called our relationship – whether you want to call it fake or not.
Casual Sex... Oh Boy!
Okay, here comes the part where things might get awkward – casual sex. Yes folks, you read that correctly too. Chizuru Mizuhara isn't exactly your typical girl next door type when it comes to relationships either. Call me liberated or whatever else floats your boat; but yes – at times – casual sex does happen in my life.
But hold your horses before jumping into any conclusions! It doesn't mean I'm sleeping around left and right with every Tom, Dick, or Harry out there. No, I have my own boundaries and standards when it comes to these things.
Conclusion
So there you have it – a glimpse into the rollercoaster ride that is my life with Kazuya. It's far from perfect, but then again, whose life truly is? We're all just trying to navigate through this crazy world and find our place in it.
As for me and Kazuya? Well, who knows what lies ahead for us. Maybe we'll end up going separate ways once his rental period ends or maybe - just maybe - he'll grow up a bit and become someone worth holding onto.
Only time will tell...
Until next time, Chizuru
