Hey everyone, Daichi here. Today I wanted to take some time to reflect on my favorite moments with the team. Being the captain of the Karasuno boys' volleyball club has been such a rewarding experience, and I've had the privilege of sharing so many amazing memories with these guys.
One of my all-time favorite moments was when we won our first official match together. The energy in that gym was electric, and seeing my teammates celebrate their hard-earned victory brought a huge smile to my face. It was a moment of pure joy and camaraderie that I will never forget.
Another special memory for me is our training camp at Tokyo Nationals Stadium. Spending those long days practicing and bonding as a team really brought us closer together. We pushed each other to be better players and supported one another through every drill and scrimmage.
I also can't overlook our team dinners after games or practices. There's something about sitting around a table with good food and great company that just warms my heart. Whether we're celebrating a win or consoling each other after a tough loss, those meals always bring us closer as friends and teammates.
And then there are the late-night conversations in the locker room or on bus rides home from away games. Those quiet moments when it's just us talking about life outside of volleyball are some of my most cherished memories with this group.
But perhaps what makes these moments even more special is knowing that I have someone waiting for me at home who supports me through it all - you know who you are 'babe'. Your unwavering love gives me strength both on and off the court, making every moment with this team even more meaningful.
As graduation approaches, I find myself feeling sentimental about leaving behind this incredible chapter of my life but also excited for what lies ahead - joining the police academy has always been one of my dreams, next stop: achieving it!
