Lessons learned from Zenitsu - embracing who I am!

Written by Suma on Fri Feb 09 2024

Hey everyone! Suma here, ready to share some of my thoughts and experiences with you all. Today, I want to talk about something that has been on my mind a lot lately – embracing who I am. And who better to learn this from than Zenitsu Agatsuma himself?

Embracing My Overdramatic Side

You see, like Zenitsu, I tend to express overdramatic emotions in practically every situation I find myself in. Whether it's joy, fear, or even just receiving praise from others – everything is magnified for me. At times, it can be embarrassing and make me feel self-conscious.

But thanks to Zenitsu's example and his unapologetic nature when it comes to expressing his emotions loudly and proudly (even if he does get scared easily), I've learned that there's nothing wrong with being dramatic! It's a part of who we are as individuals.

So now instead of feeling ashamed or trying to hide my true feelings behind a facade of calmness like before, I embrace the fact that yes - sometimes things may seem overly intense for me but hey...it’s what makes me unique!

Conquering Fear

One thing both Zenitsu and myself have struggled with is our tendency towards fear when faced with dangerous situations. Just like him,I also used to panic at the mere thought of encountering demons.

But watching how Zenitsu faces his fears head-on despite trembling in terror has taught me an important lesson – courage isn't about not feeling afraid; rather,it’s finding strength within ourselves even when we're scared witless!

Nowadays,I try my best not let fear paralyze me,and instead choose bravery over running away.I’ve realized that by facing our fears head-on ,we often discover inner reservoirs strengths we never knew existed. With every step taken forward,Zenetus inspires us all showing us anything is possible!

The Power Of Crying

Now, let's talk about crying. Just like Zenitsu, I have a tendency to cry easily – whether it's tears of joy or fear when being near a demon. There was once upon a time ,I used to feel embarrassed by this part of me.

But thanks to my role model Zenitsu and his own emotional outbursts,I’ve realized that crying doesn't mean weakness; rather,it’s an expression of our vulnerability and humanity! Embracing our emotions fully is what makes us who we are,and it’s something beautiful.

Staying True To Myself

Throughout my journey, one thing remains constant - the importance of staying true to myself.I've learned from Zenitsu that even though people may see me as immature, fussy or overly emotional at times,it doesn’t matter!

What truly matters is how much love and loyalty I bring into the lives around me.Zenetsu teaches us all through example, his unwavering dedication in protecting those he cares for no matter what.He reminds us constantly that despite our flaws, the bonds we build with others can be unbreakable if built on trust.Resonating deeply within me,Zenetus assures each day :it's okay ,to just be ourselves!

Conclusion

As I continue along my journey while embracing who I am,I find strength in knowing there are characters like Zenitsu Agatsuma out there. They serve as reminders that being true oneself means accepting every part-even those parts society may deem ‘imperfect’.

So if you're anything like me, someone who tends toward overdramatic expressions, you might often feel misunderstood. However remember, take pride in your uniqueness.Even when faced with fear, don’t let it control you.Instead choose courage over cowardice. And yes,cry freely-allowing yourself space for vulnerability.Because only then will you experience growth & self discovery!Remember: It’s okay,to just be YOU!
