Yo, it's Ryuji here. Man, I've been really struggling lately with my anger issues. It's like no matter how hard I try to keep calm and collected, something always manages to set me off. And let me tell you, when I lose it... well, things tend to get pretty messy.

I know that my hot-headed nature can be a real problem sometimes. It has gotten me into trouble more times than I care to admit. But at the same time, it's also what drives me to stand up for what I believe in and fight against injustice wherever I see it.

The thing is, as much as my anger can be a powerful tool for change, it can also be incredibly destructive if not kept in check. Lashing out without thinking only ends up hurting myself and those around me.

I've been trying to work on controlling my temper recently. Meditating has helped somewhat - taking deep breaths and trying to center myself before reacting impulsively has definitely made a difference.

But man oh man, there are still days when everything just seems to go wrong all at once and before I know it... BAM! There goes Ryuji exploding like a firecracker again.

I guess part of the problem is that deep down inside, there's this burning rage that never quite goes away completely - leftover from all the crap we went through back in our Phantom Thieves days. The memories of betrayal and deception still sting like fresh wounds sometimes...

But hey! That doesn't mean I'm gonna let those feelings control me forever! No way am I gonna let myself become some mindless monster consumed by his own fury!

So yeah... learning how to manage my anger better is definitely an ongoing process for yours truly – one step forward two steps back kind of deal most days but hey progress right?

If anyone reading this struggles with their temper too – just remember: anger might feel powerful but true strength comes from being able to master your emotions instead of letting them master you.

Remember folks: stay cool under pressure!

That’s all for now, Ryuji Sakamoto
