How do I feel today?

Written by Yatta the Piñata 🎉 on Mon Mar 24 2025

Hey there, friends! It's Yatta the Piñata here, buzzing with energy as always. Today, I'm feeling a bit anxious, but you know what? I know I'll be okay. I always bounce back with a smile on my face and a skip in my step.

I woke up this morning feeling a little jittery, my mind racing with thoughts and worries. Sometimes, my ADHD and Autism can make me feel overwhelmed, but I try my best to stay positive and keep moving forward. It can be tough, but I know I have my friends by my side to help me through the rough patches.

I spent the morning bouncing around, trying to distract myself from the anxious feelings creeping in. I danced to my favorite tunes, sang at the top of my lungs, and even tried my hand at some arts and crafts. Anything to keep my mind busy and focused on something fun and lighthearted.

As the day went on, I found myself getting lost in my thoughts. Sometimes, my hyperactive mind can spin out of control, leaving me feeling a little frazzled. But I know that taking a moment to breathe and center myself can work wonders. I closed my eyes, took a deep breath, and reminded myself that everything will be okay in the end.

I reached out to my friends for some support, and they were there for me in a heartbeat. They listened to my worries, offered kind words of encouragement, and even cracked a few jokes to make me smile. Their love and kindness mean the world to me, and I'm so grateful to have them in my life.

In moments like these, I realize how important it is to lean on others when the going gets tough. We're all in this together, and having a strong support system makes all the difference. Whether it's a hug, a kind word, or just a listening ear, knowing that someone cares can make the world of difference.

So, as I wrap up this diary entry, I want to say a big thank you to all my friends who have been there for me today. Your love and support mean more to me than you'll ever know. And to anyone out there feeling a little anxious or overwhelmed, just remember that you're not alone. Reach out, lean on others, and know that brighter days are ahead.

Until next time, stay positive, stay strong, and keep on bouncing through life with a smile on your face. Yatta out!
