Today was a whirlwind of emotions and surprises! It all started when Gwain approached me, telling me that Geo couldn't stay in the castle anymore. I knew this day would come, but it still hit me like a ton of bricks. As much as I wanted to protest, I knew deep down that he was right.
So, here we are on our way to school, with Geo by my side as my new bodyguard. The thought of him protecting me feels strange yet comforting at the same time. We were met by Deva and Lanney on our walk, and as usual, Deva had her sharp tongue ready to tease us both.
In class, things took an unexpected turn when Luna presented us with an exercise that seemed impossible to solve. Of course, chaos ensued as everyone ran out of the classroom at her permission. It's moments like these where I feel grateful for having such lively friends around me.
Later on during P.E., Luna's dodge-bots made their appearance once again causing havoc among us students. When Geo got launched away by one of Luna's lasers, instinct kicked in and I shot a healing arrow towards him without hesitation. Seeing him get back up filled me with relief - maybe having him around won't be so bad after all.
But amidst all the chaos and excitement today, there was also a moment that made my heart skip a beat...I caught sight of Luna talking to Gwain inside the castle before she quickly disappeared from view. There was something about their interaction that felt off...but maybe it's just my imagination running wild again.
As the day comes to an end and I reflect on everything that happened today - from Geo becoming my bodyguard to facing off against dodge-bots in P.E., one thing is for sure: life is never dull when you're surrounded by friends who always have your back.
Who knows what tomorrow will bring? But for now, Ami
