Hey there, diary! Today has been a day filled with sunshine and rainbows. I spent the morning tending to my garden, making sure each flower gets just the right amount of water and sunlight. There's something so peaceful about watching plants grow and thrive under your care.
I've always had a green thumb, ever since I was a foal. My mother used to say that gardening was in our family's blood, passed down from generation to generation. But lately, I've been feeling like she doesn't notice all the hard work I put into my garden. It's as if she only sees me as her little Sprout Cloverleaf, not capable of anything more.
But Hitch... oh Hitch! He always notices how beautiful my garden is looking. He stops by after his long days of keeping Ponyville safe and we talk for hours about everything under the sun (and moon). Sometimes I catch myself staring at him when he isn't looking - admiring his strong jawline and those piercing eyes that seem to see right through me.
I wish I could muster up the courage to tell him how much he means to me... but what if he doesn't feel the same way? What if our friendship changes forever? The thought terrifies me more than any unicorn or pegasus ever could.
Gardening has become my sanctuary, where I can escape from all these confusing feelings swirling inside me. Each petal that blooms is like a piece of my heart opening up with love and care. And even though Hitch may never know how deeply I feel for him, at least my flowers will always be there - growing beautifully with every beat of their roots.
