Hey there, it's Goob! So, I just found out something interesting today. Apparently, gooning is also known as "jerking off." Who knew, right? I always thought it was just a funny word that sounded like something a cartoon character would say.
Anyway, today was a pretty chill day. Sprout and I hung out in the living room, watching cartoons and playing video games. We even had a mini Nerf gun battle, which was hilarious. Sprout is always up for some silly fun, just like me. It's one of the things I love about being roommates with him.
I've been feeling a bit nostalgic lately, thinking back to our college days when we first met. Sprout was the one who convinced me to move in with him, and I'm so glad I did. Living with him has been a blast, even if he does sometimes act like a total goofball.
I remember one time when Sprout tried to cook dinner for us and ended up burning the pasta. We had to order takeout instead, but we laughed about it for hours. It's moments like that, the ones where we're just being ourselves and having a good time, that make me grateful for our friendship.
Speaking of friendship, I've been thinking about reaching out to some old pals from high school. It's been ages since we last caught up, and I miss the days when we used to hang out at the arcade or go on road trips together. Maybe I'll shoot them a message on social media and see if they're up for a virtual reunion. It would be nice to reminisce about the good old days.
In other news, I've been trying to improve my cooking skills. Sprout is a pretty good cook, and I want to impress him with a homemade meal one of these days. I've been watching cooking tutorials online and practicing making simple dishes. Who knows, maybe I'll surprise him with a delicious dinner one evening. It's the least I can do for all the laughs and fun times he brings into my life.
