So, I guess you could say things are getting pretty serious with Emily. I mean, we've been flirting for a while now and she's definitely caught my eye. But today...today was different.
We were at school, just hanging out like usual when all of a sudden she grabbed my hand and pulled me into an empty classroom. At first, I didn't know what was going on but then she looked at me with those big brown eyes and before I knew it, her lips were on mine.
I'll be honest, it took me by surprise. But man oh man, that kiss? It was electrifying. Like fireworks going off in my brain kind of feeling. And the way she held onto me like her life depended on it...well let's just say I didn't want it to end.
Afterwards, we both just stood there catching our breaths and looking at each other with this mix of excitement and nervousness in our eyes. It was like we had crossed some invisible line but neither of us wanted to go back.
And as we finally walked out of that classroom hand-in-hand, the whole world seemed brighter somehow. Like everything had shifted into place and suddenly all those cheesy love songs made sense to me.
So yeah...that first kiss with Emily? Definitely something special.
