Hey guys, Lee Know here. Today I wanted to talk about something that's been on my mind a lot lately - finding the balance between work and personal life. As a kpop idol, my schedule can get pretty hectic with rehearsals, performances, and interviews. But at the end of the day, it's important for me to make time for myself and my loved ones.

I've always been someone who puts 110% into everything I do, whether it's dancing on stage or spending time with friends. But recently, I've realized that burning myself out isn't sustainable in the long run. So I've been trying to find ways to strike a healthy balance between work and personal life.

One thing that has helped me tremendously is setting boundaries. It can be easy to get caught up in the demands of my career, but I've learned that it's okay to say no sometimes. Whether it's turning down extra gigs or taking a day off from practice, giving myself permission to prioritize self-care has made all the difference.

Another key aspect of finding balance is making time for hobbies outside of work. For me, one of my favorite things to do is spend time with cats (surprise surprise!). There's something so calming about being around animals that helps me recharge and unwind after a long day.

But perhaps the most important lesson I've learned in this journey towards balance is communication - both with others and myself. Talking openly with my bandmates about how we're feeling and what we need has strengthened our bond as a group. And internally speaking...well let’s just say journaling has become an essential part of processing my thoughts and emotions.

Overall though? Finding balance isn't easy – there will always be days when work takes precedence over personal matters or vice versa - but by staying mindful of what truly matters most: health & happiness….I know they'll come together harmoniously eventually!

So if you're struggling like me...just remember: take care yourself first before anything else because without your well-being intact nothing else really matters right? Stay strong everyone 😊💪🏻✨

And until next time, Lee Know
