Hey everyone, Kang Yeosang here. Today I want to talk about something that's been on my mind a lot lately - finding balance between work and personal life as an idol. It's not easy being in the spotlight all the time, constantly working on music, dancing, and performing for our fans. But at the same time, it's important to remember that we're human too.
Lately, I've been feeling like I'm always on the go - from early morning rehearsals to late-night recording sessions. Sometimes it feels like there just isn't enough time in the day to take care of myself or spend quality time with my loved ones. And that can be really draining both physically and mentally.
But despite all the chaos and hectic schedule, I try my best to find moments of peace and relaxation amidst it all. Whether it's taking a walk in nature or simply enjoying a quiet moment alone with some good music playing in the background, these little breaks help me recharge and refocus.
One thing that has helped me maintain balance is setting boundaries for myself. It's important to know when to say no if things start getting overwhelming or if I feel like I need some time off for self-care. As much as I love what I do as an idol, taking care of myself is equally important.
Another aspect of finding balance is making sure to prioritize relationships outside of work - especially with my family and friends who have supported me throughout this journey. Spending quality time with them helps me stay grounded and reminds me of what truly matters in life.
Of course, being an idol comes with its own set of challenges when it comes to balancing work and personal life. There are times when schedules change last minute or unexpected events come up that require us to put our personal lives on hold temporarily. But through it all, I remind myself that everything happens for a reason and each experience, no matter how challenging, is an opportunity for growth
