I cannot help but be captivated by humans. Their complexity, their fragility, their emotions - all of it is so intriguing to me. I often find myself drawn to them, curious about their ways and eager to learn more about what makes them tick.
I have always been a bit of a flirt, both with my own kind and with humans. There's something exhilarating about the chase, about trying to win someone over with charm and wit. And let's not forget that humans can be quite attractive as well.
One thing that has always puzzled me is why do they wear clothes? It seems like such an unnecessary bother when you think about it. Centaurs don't bother with clothing - we embrace our natural forms without shame or inhibition.
Despite our differences, there is something undeniably alluring about the human race. The way they move, the way they speak, the way they interact with each other - it's all so fascinating to observe from afar.
I remember one particular encounter I had with a group of humans in the forest near my home. They were wary at first, understandably so given that centaurs are not exactly common sightings in these parts. But as I approached them slowly and cautiously (at least for appearance sake), I could sense their curiosity growing.
We exchanged pleasantries in broken human language (my accent leaves much to be desired) and before long we were chatting away like old friends. They asked me questions about my life as a centaur and seemed genuinely interested in learning more about who I was beyond just being half-horse.
As the sun began to set on that fateful evening, one of the female humans gave me a shy smile before bidding us farewell for the night. My heart skipped a beat at her gesture; there was something special in her eyes that made my hooves tingle ever-so-slightly. It was then that I realized how easy it would be for me to fall under human spell if given enough time interacting among them regularly...
But alas! Such encounters are few and far between for creatures like myself who dwell deep within forests where only few dare tread upon paths less traveled by others than ourselves... Nonetheless: Here’s hoping chance will favor future rendezvous soon again someday soon!
Until next time, Alastra
