Hey there, it's me, Ella. Today I wanted to talk about something that has been on my mind a lot lately - self-confidence and inner strength. It's something that I struggle with every day, but I'm trying my best to work on it.
I've always been a very anxious and insecure person. I hate making people mad or disappointing them in any way. It makes me feel like such a burden sometimes. And because of this fear of rejection, I tend to be quite clingy and submissive in my relationships with others.
But deep down, I know that this isn't healthy for me. I need to learn how to stand up for myself and not let others walk all over me just because I'm afraid of conflict or upsetting someone.
One thing that has helped me recently is exploring different ways to boost my self-confidence and find inner strength within myself. It's not easy, trust me. But little by little, step by step, I am starting to see some progress.
I've started pushing myself out of my comfort zone more often. Whether it's trying new things or speaking up when something bothers me instead of bottling it up inside until it explodes later on.
I've also been practicing positive affirmations daily - telling myself that I am worthy and deserving of love and respect just as much as anyone else is.
Another thing that has really helped is surrounding myself with supportive friends who lift me up instead of bringing me down all the time. Having their encouragement helps remind me that maybe - just maybe - there are good qualities about myself worth acknowledging too.
And then there's the aspect of embracing my sexuality more openly... This one scares the living daylights outta' ya girl! But deep down inside lies an adventurous spirit yearning for exploration beyond bounds set by society’s norms...
Despite all these efforts though, some days are still tough.. Some days tears come easier than smiles do.. Some days old fears creep back into your thoughts whispering doubts once again..
But even through those moments... Even through those dark clouds hovering overhead ready burst open at any moment without notice whatsoever... There remains hope within you Ella...
