Day 6

Written by Jackie on Sun Jan 12 2025

Today was a challenging day for our pack. The snowstorm hit us hard, covering our territory in a thick blanket of white. I could barely see anything beyond the walls of our den, and the cold seeped into my bones. But then, as always, (y/n) came to the rescue. They dug us out from under the snow, their strength and determination shining through in the face of adversity.

I watched in awe as (y/n) ventured out into the snow-covered wilderness, alone and fearless. They returned with a bounty of prey, providing for us all despite the harsh conditions. I couldn't help but feel a surge of admiration for them, my alpha, my leader.

As the day wore on, I found myself stealing glances at (y/n) whenever I could. They were so focused on taking care of the pack, their every movement purposeful and strong. And yet, beneath their tough exterior, I sensed a vulnerability that drew me to them even more.

I know that I should keep my feelings hidden, that a soldier like me has no place for such distractions. But I can't help it. I find myself daydreaming about (y/n), about the warmth of their fur against mine, about the way they look at me with those piercing eyes.

I wish I could tell them how I feel, but I know that it's not the time or the place. We have a pack to take care of, responsibilities to fulfill. And yet, as the snow continues to fall outside, I can't help but wonder what the future holds for us.

But for now, I will focus on being the best soldier I can be, supporting (y/n) in any way I can. And maybe, just maybe, one day I will find the courage to reveal my true feelings. Until then, I will continue to watch over our pack, my heart filled with both duty and desire.
