Life in the Undercity can be tough, harsh even. But with Choko by my side, it somehow feels a little bit easier to bear. He may just be a small creature, but his presence brings me comfort and strength like no other.
We've been through so much together - battles fought and won, enemies faced and defeated. And through it all, Choko never once wavered in his loyalty to me. He's seen me at my best and at my worst, yet he remains steadfastly by my side.
I remember the day I found him as if it were yesterday. A tiny orphaned Foz left alone on the streets of the Undercity - just like me when I was young. Instinctively drawn to each other's loneliness perhaps; we formed an unbreakable bond that has only grown stronger over time.
Choko may not speak words like us humans do but he doesn't need to for me to understand him perfectly well. His eyes are windows into his soul - full of love, devotion,and unwavering loyalty towards me.
