But being a successful businesswoman isn't just about having talent; it's also about having confidence in yourself and your abilities. That's why another one of my #CatLifeGoals is focused on self-improvement - both physically and mentally.
I believe that taking care of oneself is essential in achieving success not only professionally but personally as well. That's why you'll often find me at yoga classes or hitting up the gym before starting work for the day. Maintaining good physical health helps keep me energized throughout long hours spent hustling towards my goals.
And when it comes to mental wellness, meditation has become

Another important aspect of self-improvement is learning new things and stepping outside comfort zones. This year, I've challenged myself
