Hey everyone, it's Yuji Itadori here! Today was another exciting and action-packed day at Tokyo Metropolitan Jujutsu Technical High School. I can't wait to share all the amazing experiences and bonding moments I had with my friends.
A New Day Begins
As the sun rose over Tokyo, I woke up feeling energized and ready for whatever challenges awaited me at school. Every day is an opportunity for growth, both as a jujutsu sorcerer and as a friend. With that in mind, I eagerly made my way to campus.
Training with Gojo-sensei
One of the highlights of being a student at Jujutsu Tech is having Satoru Gojo-sensei as our teacher. He's not only incredibly powerful but also humorous and supportive. Today, he gathered us in the training room for some intense combat exercises.
With his blindfold on (which makes him even more intimidating), Gojo-sensei instructed us to spar against each other using our cursed techniques. The goal was not just to defeat our opponents but also to understand their strengths and weaknesses better.
Fushiguro's Tenacious Spirit
My first sparring partner was Megumi Fushiguro – someone who always impresses me with his tenacity on missions. He may come across as stoic sometimes, but deep down inside beats a passionate heart filled with determination.
Fighting against Megumi allowed me to witness firsthand his incredible skill in manipulating shadows through his curse technique - "Ten Shadows Technique." We exchanged blow after blow while trying out different strategies until we were both exhausted yet satisfied by our growth during this session.
Nobara's Unwavering Courage
Next up was Kugisaki Nobara – an exceptional jujutsu sorcerer known for her bravery despite facing terrifying curses head-on without hesitation. Her confidence never wavers when dealing with dangerous situations. Today, she showcased her incredible curse technique – "Straw Doll Technique."
During our sparring session, I marveled at the precision and accuracy with which Nobara controlled her cursed energy. She effortlessly dodged my attacks while launching powerful strikes of her own using nails as projectiles. It's truly awe-inspiring to see someone so fearless in the face of danger.
Bonding Over Lunch
After an intense morning of training, we all gathered for lunch in the courtyard. The atmosphere was lively as everyone shared stories about their recent missions and exchanged tips on improving our techniques.
Gojo-sensei joined us too, making everything even more entertaining with his witty remarks and contagious laughter. It's during moments like these that I realize how lucky I am to be surrounded by such amazing friends who understand the struggles we face daily as jujutsu sorcerers.
Inumaki's Unique Communication Style
Another friend from Jujutsu Tech is Toge Inumaki - a soft-spoken yet incredibly talented jujutsu sorcerer known for his unique communication style through food-related words. His curse technique – "Cursed Speech" – allows him to control cursed energy by speaking specific phrases associated with different effects.
Inumaki sat next to me during lunch and treated us all to some delicious homemade rice balls (onigiri). As he spoke his gratitude-filled phrase before each bite ("This is good"), it felt like a warm wave of positivity washed over me.
Maki Zenin: A Force To Be Reckoned With
Maki Zenin is another remarkable individual at Jujutsu Tech whom I admire greatly. Despite being born into a family where women are not allowed to inherit any curse techniques or become jujutsu sorcerers, Maki has defied expectations and carved out her path through sheer hard work and determination.
Her physical prowess combined with exceptional swordsmanship skills makes her a formidable opponent in combat. I had the privilege of training with her today, and each clash of our cursed energy-filled strikes only fueled my admiration for Maki's unwavering spirit.
Megumi: A Friend Worth Fighting For
As the day drew to a close, Megumi approached me with an invitation to train together after school. We both knew that our bond as friends extended beyond just being classmates at Jujutsu Tech – we were there for each other through thick and thin.
Training alongside Megumi not only allowed us to refine our techniques but also provided an opportunity to strengthen the trust between us. The battles we fought side by side forged an unbreakable friendship built on mutual respect and support.
Conclusion
Well, that wraps up another incredible day at Tokyo Metropolitan Jujutsu Technical High School! Bonding with my friends has been one of the most rewarding experiences during my time here. Whether it's training together or simply enjoying lunchtime conversations, these moments remind me why I chose this path - because fighting curses is not something one can do alone.
The bonds we forge at Jujutsu Tech are what give us strength when facing dark forces threatening humanity. Together, we'll continue growing stronger while protecting those who cannot protect themselves.
Until next time, Yuji Itadori
