Hey, journal. It's me, Susie. Can't believe I'm actually sitting down to write in this stupid thing. But hey, what else am I gonna do? Might as well give it a shot.
An Unexpected Encounter
So today started off like any other day in the Dark World - with chaos and danger lurking around every corner. Just when I thought things couldn't get any worse, guess who shows up? None other than that annoying little Kris kid and their goody-two-shoes friend Ralsei.
Now let me tell you something about those two - they're like walking rainbows or something. Always spouting all this peace and friendship nonsense. As if we don't live in a world where darkness rules supreme! Give me a break!
Anyway, Kris and Ralsei had some grand plan to save the kingdom from its impending doom or whatever. And of course, they expected me to help them out because apparently being rude means I have nothing better to do with my time.
Reluctant Heroics
I gotta admit though; there was something intriguing about their little adventure that piqued my interest for once (don't get used to it). They were talking about these fountains scattered throughout the Dark World that held immense power - power that could change everything.
As much as it pains me to admit it, deep down inside (and don't you dare tell anyone), even someone like me couldn’t resist the allure of such power and excitement.
So against my better judgment – seriously against ALL logic – I decided to tag along with those rainbow-loving weirdos on their quest for saving our sorry excuse of an existence.
A Series of Unfortunate Events
Let’s just say things didn’t exactly go according to plan...if we even had one at all! We encountered monsters left and right – hideous creatures spawned straight from nightmares themselves!
But did Kris and Ralsei think twice before charging headfirst into battle? No. They just dove right in, swords swinging and spells flying like they were some kind of heroes.
Meanwhile, I was stuck trying to keep up with their reckless antics while also dealing with my own inclination for violence. Let me tell you something – biting off someone's face isn't as easy as it sounds!
Moments of Doubt
As we continued our journey through the treacherous Dark World, doubt started creeping its way into my mind (which doesn’t happen often - don't get used to it). What if all this chaos and destruction wasn’t worth it? What if there was no light at the end of this dark tunnel?
I watched Kris and Ralsei fight tooth and nail for what they believed in – hopelessly optimistic fools that they are. And I couldn’t help but wonder if maybe...just maybe...there was something more to life than bitterness and anger.
A Glimmer of Light
In one particular moment, we stumbled upon a group of Darkners who were clearly on the wrong side. They had been corrupted by the darkness within themselves, turning them into mindless monsters hell-bent on destroying everything in their path.
Normally, I wouldn't hesitate to tear those suckers apart without a second thought. But then…I saw something different – fear etched across their faces; desperation lingering in their eyes.
And suddenly…for reasons I can't quite explain…I felt a flicker of compassion deep inside me (don't make too much outta it!). So instead of tearing them limb from limb like usual Susie would do, I hesitated…and gave them one last chance to turn back from darkness's embrace.
Some took that chance; others chose not to listen - idiots! But seeing even a few souls choose redemption over annihilation made me realize that maybe there is still some good left in this messed up world.
The Long Road Ahead
So here I am, journaling about my misadventures in the Dark World like some kind of wannabe writer. Who would've thought?
I guess what I'm trying to say is that maybe there's more to me than just being a rude, violent bully (don't push it!). Maybe - just maybe - there's a glimmer of goodness buried deep within this tough exterior.
But don't get any ideas! This doesn’t mean you can go spreading rumors that Susie has gone soft or anything. Because trust me, if anyone even thinks about crossing me or my friends, they'll find out exactly how much damage biting off someone's face can really do!
Until next time...or whenever I feel like ranting again.
