Every day, I push myself to go beyond my limits, whether it's running sprints until I feel like collapsing or practicing hitting until my hands are blistered.

That means sticking to a strict workout schedule, eating right, getting plenty of rest, and staying focused on your goals.

Another crucial aspect of training is setting realistic yet challenging goals for yourself. Whether it's improving your batting average by ten points or shaving a few seconds off your 60-yard dash time, having specific targets gives you something concrete to strive towards.

But perhaps most importantly, training is about passion and love for the game. No matter how tough things get or how many setbacks you face along the way (and trust me, there will be plenty), it's essential to remember why you started playing in the first place - because you simply can't imagine doing anything else.
