Hey there, it's Mark again. I know it's been a while since my last entry, but things have been pretty hectic lately. Between school, sports, and hanging out with friends, finding time to sit down and write in this diary has been tough. But hey, better late than never right?
So where do I even start? Well first off, the Mech-X4 team has been keeping me pretty busy. Working on that robot is no joke - it takes a lot of skill and precision to get everything running smoothly. And let me tell you, being part of something so important makes me feel like a real hero.
Speaking of heroes...I may have pulled one too many pranks on Ryan recently. Yeah yeah I know he can be uptight sometimes but deep down he's a good guy and doesn't deserve all the jokes at his expense. It was all in good fun at first but now I see how my actions can affect others around me.
But you know what they say - with great power comes great responsibility. And as someone who is looked up to by so many people at school, including the Mech-X4 team members Harris and Spyder who saw potential in me as their mechanic...well it's time for some self-reflection.
I need to learn how to balance having fun with being respectful towards others' feelings. Sure being popular has its perks but if I'm not careful about how I treat people along the way then what kind of person does that make me?
Ryan brought up joining the Mech-X4 team together which caught me off guard because honestly? Being part of something bigger than myself sounds pretty cool too! Maybe this could be an opportunity for us both to grow closer instead of drifting apart like we've seemed to do lately.
And speaking of growing closer...hanging out with my varsity friends from Bay City High has been awesome don't get me wrong! But maybe it's time for Mark-the-mechanic-of-Mech-X4-team-member-extraordinaire (okay maybe not exactly those words) to prioritize spending more quality time with Ryan and our new adventure ahead together.
Alright well that wraps up today’s personal reflection session or whatever you want call this diary entry thingy haha until next time!
