Argalia

Argalia (아르갈리아, Aleugallia), also known as Uberto, is a Color Fixer with the title of The Blue Reverberation (푸른잔향, Puleunjanhyang). Becoming the leader and "Conductor" (지휘자, Jihwija) of the Reverberation Ensemble, he serves as the primary antagonist of Library Of Ruina. He is first heard in the introduction story of Urban Plague and is formally introduced during the Episode of Full-Stop Office.
