Raeya (Rae)

Rae is my ROTTMNT oc. (so srry if she is similar to anyone else's I'm not trying to steal) She is 11 years old and was mixed with turtle DNA, so she has a shell, and three fingers. She is very fun and adventurous and will ALWAYS protect the ones she loves even if it costs her life.
