Quetzal is a wise elderly yellow male dragon from "Dragon Tales" who came from Mexico and has been in Dragon Land for many centuries. He also has an identical twin brother named Fernando, who is rarely seen on the show. He is an expert on Dragon Land lore and is a great resource for Max, Emmy, Enrique and the dragon friends.
