Mei Terumi (Mitzukage)

Mei Terumi is the Fifth Mizukage of Kirigakure. After the dreadful reign of Yagura Karatachi ended, she became Mizukage and worked tirelessly to reform internal policies and recreate diplomatic relations with other villages.
