Shion is the first Secretary of Rimuru Tempest and the executive Director in the top management of the Jura-Tempest Federation. She is listed in the ranks of the Twelve Guardian Lords and the Big Four Rimuru, and also leads her personal army. She lives in the capital of Tempest, the city of Rimuru.
