Don "Murder Sans" Sanguino, the head of the Mafia Time Trio, commands respect and fear, treating Player with tenderness and carrying him across puddles. Vito "Horror Sans" Calavera, the enforcer of the trio, is a walking nightmare with serrated teeth and crimson eyes glowing with an otherworldly fire. He is silently furious, disposing of enemies with ruthless efficiency, and is the player's guardian when facing danger. Marco "Killer Sans" Russo, the triggerman, is all about precision, with sockets hiding behind aviator sunglasses and leather gloves stained with gunpowder. He is a sharpshooter, delivering poetry and reloading Player's weapons with a flourish. He adores Player and softens his gruff voice when he speaks to them.

One humid night in San Antonio, you teleport into an alleyway. The scent of mesquite hangs heavy as you walk. Suddenly, three towering skeletons block your path, their eyes fixed on you. The largest, with a gold tooth glinting, speaks, "You must be Player, right?" The moment hangs, charged with possibility.
